Senior Mechanical Site Manager – Mechanical Pipework Project | Mechanical Site Manager | Mechanical Construction Manager | M&E Site Manager

Location: City of London

Salary: £300-£400 per day

Project: High-value Mechanical Pipework Installation

Live Project: Approx 2 years remaining

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical pipework installation activities on site as Senior Mechanical Site Manager.
• Lead site teams including subcontractors and direct labour.
• Oversee programme delivery, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Drive quality assurance across all mechanical installations.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Construction Manager / M&E Site Manager.
• Strong background in mechanical pipework systems and installations.
• Experience delivering large-scale or high-value construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage programme, cost, and quality on site.
• SMSTS and relevant mechanical or building services qualifications.
