Mobile Hvac Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UK’s leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities.

Location – across London and South East London.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary – up to £55,000/Yr, DOE.
• Schedule – Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
• Working hours – 8am to 4pm (Door to Door pay).
• On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call (negotiable).
• Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted.

Responsibilities

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Repairs to cooling units and AHU's
• Rectifying faults found
• Splits, VRF and more.
• AC
• Overdoor Heaters
• HRU
• Fan Coils
• AHU

Requirements

• Full UK License – 6 points max.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified.
• City & Guilds NVQ in air conditioning or equivalent.
