They are seeking a senior solicitor to join their highly successful team.Based in Stoke, with hybrid working on offer, you will join a friendly, partner led team handling a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and MBOs and MBIs.You will play a key role in this friendly high performing team, undertaking high-value work for household names and mentoring and supervising juniors in the team.
