Corporate Solicitor – Senior Associate – Corporate Transactions
Location: London • PQE: 5+ years • Salary: £130,000 – £155,000
A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its London-based Corporate Transactions team. In particular, the firm is keen to attract candidates in the TMT / TMC space who have sound experience advising Buyers and Sellers on corporate M&A deals.

Snapshot of the opportunity
- Lead and support on a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions
- Manage teams across the UK and internationally
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development and sector profile-raising initiatives
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
- Work closely with specialists across IP, data, regulatory and competition
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE in corporate M&A
- Strong technical drafting skills and commercial awareness
- Experience or interest TMC sectors including individual sectors such as gambling.
- Ability to deliver practical, client-focused advice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
