DraftLine, our award‑winning in‑house agency within AB InBev, is looking for a Creative Director (or CD Team) to work across flagship beer brands such as Budweiser, Corona, and Stella Artois. This mid‑senior level role reports to the ECD/Head of Creative and blends hands‑on creative execution with leadership of junior creatives and freelance talent.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of creative ideas across social, digital, film, photography, OOH, print, and design
- Drive strong conceptual thinking across projects, ensuring the work is strategically grounded, culturally relevant and creatively ambitious
- Lead and direct junior creatives and freelancers, creating clarity, momentum and high standards across the work
- Own workstreams across brands, ensuring projects move forward at pace and the output remains strong throughout
- Create social‑first ideas that feel native to each platform, with a clear understanding of formats, creators, trends and drivers of engagement
- Confidently shape and direct product and brand shoots, with a keen eye for detail across styling, composition, pack, label, liquid and the final 5%
- Collaborate with Creatives, Designers, Copywriters, Strategists and Producers to push the thinking and protect the quality of the output
Who We’re Looking For
You will already be operating at Creative Director level, with experience leading creative work from initial concept through delivery. You’re comfortable owning projects and workstreams, leading teams, partnering with stakeholders, and working closely with production to bring ideas to life at a high standard. You should balance hands‑on involvement with creative leadership, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience & Qualifications
- Existing experience as a Creative Director (or CD Team)
- Experience leading communications across multiple channels, with a clear strength in social‑first creative
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, high craft across social and digital, with film and photography strongly preferred
- Experience leading or directing other creatives and freelancers
- Confidence presenting and defending work with senior stakeholders
- A start‑up mindset with a can‑do attitude, and the confidence to shape the role proactively
- Strong creative judgment and a high bar for craft and quality
- Proven conceptual thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at pace
- Collaborative, proactive team working
- Experience in the alcohol category is preferred
