We’re looking for a Regional Engagement Manager to join our team on a permanent basis covering London & South East of England. This role offers a salary of £46,000 – £55,000 and is a remote position.
What you will be doing
- Support the Regional Director in delivering the regional strategic plan, ensuring alignment with wider organisational objectives
- Deputise for the Regional Director at meetings and events where required
- Manage and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, 1:1s, and clear objectives
- Build strong internal relationships across teams to deliver a joined up, high quality member experience
- Collaborate with local active members and external stakeholders to deliver regional priorities
- Network with business leaders and professional bodies to enhance regional presence and influence
What you will need
- Strong relationship management with senior leadership (SLT) and external stakeholders
- Proven people management experience, including handling difficult conversations and conflict resolution
- KPI and budget driven, with a good understanding of current affairs and regional business issues
- Comfortable with travel requirements
- Hands on and proactive approach
