About The Venue

Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef Events to take full ownership of the planning, preparation and delivery of all event catering at the Royal Albert Hall. Working closely with the Culinary Senior Team, Events and Hospitality leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring every event is delivered to the highest possible standard, reflecting the prestige and heritage of the venue. This is a genuinely demanding and high profile operation. The scale of the Royal Albert Hall, the variety of events and the expectation of consistency across large volumes require a senior chef who is calm under pressure, highly organised and confident leading large teams in a fast paced environment. You will play a key role within a multi stakeholder operation, working closely with events, hospitality, procurement, operations and building management to ensure seamless delivery.

Please note, this role pays £50,000 - 55,000 (inclusive of tronc) DOE and is 100% on site at the Royal Albert Hall.
