Junior Contracts Manager – Flat Roofing
Package Starting from: £45,000.00 per year
About the job: You will be partnered with our experienced Contracts Managers to enable you to become a Contracts Manager within two years. This role will suit someone who is or has been a Flat Roofer who is now looking to move into contract management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure all Health & Safety, Environmental and Waste Management Policies are adhered to
- Assist with delivery of all aspects of project requirements in strict accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation provided
- Ensure projects conform to building regulations and warranty providers’ requirements
- Sub-Contractor and Supply Chain communication and organisation
- Material organisation
- Ensure that anything which is likely to affect the Company’s performance is notified to the Site Manager and Senior Contracts Manager
Job Requirements
- Driving Licence
- DBS (obtained by the Company)
- Ability to work at heights
- Refurbishment Construction Experience (Roofing Knowledge is a must)
- Motivated and keen to learn new skills
