Our operations network, known for our speed, accuracy, and exceptional service, delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our team as a Senior Program Manager.
In this role, you will provide investigations as a service across our Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) organization through the inception, design, manufacture, refinement and execution of complex investigative strategies and frameworks. These frameworks will be fundamental in supporting regional investigative teams and field personnel in the delivery of complex theft and fraud incidents, high severity policy violations, and security-related incidents.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will own and manage a suite of investigative programs derived from strategies and frameworks that you will create. On a daily basis, you will connect with senior stakeholders from within WWOS and across the wider business to implement, enact and manage those programs.
You will work with a broad range of senior leaders from Operations, Employee Relations, Public Relations, Public Policy, Finance, Legal, and more. You will lead the cooperation and engagement of these teams and other global functions within WWOS to develop specific frameworks and mechanisms relevant to the management of investigative risk associated with people, operations, assets and brand.
You will manage these programs in partnership with multiple global stakeholders, determining metrics for success, measuring adoption and compliance, refining and iterating as needed and seeking to address both known and emerging threats, vulnerabilities and risk.
You will partner with regional investigative teams, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to provide support, assistance, guidance and steer pertaining to the delivery of your programs.
WWOS Investigations pioneers investigative excellence and innovative methodologies to realize WWOS' overarching organizational vision and strategy of a secure end-to-end network. Through the application of a cross-pillar integration flywheel, we positively drive investigative performance, confidence, quality and excellence whilst maintaining a constant vigil towards emerging threats and vulnerabilities. We incorporate new, exciting and dynamic technological developments to better equip our investigative personnel with the skills, equipment and expertise to address complex, evolving challenges in today's dynamic investigative environment.
Our team provides support, guidance, and direction to our customers on a broad range of investigative issues, ranging from theft of inventory, workplace incidents, and surface transportation events to complex, sophisticated fraud involving multiple bad actors, stakeholders, and marketplaces.
