A well-established and highly regarded design & build fit out contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their London team.

This business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit out projects and is seeking an individual with a proven track record and long-term career history within the sector.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of multiple CAT A & CAT B fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Take full ownership of programme, quality, and health & safety
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery
• Act as the key client interface, maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations
• Report into senior leadership and contribute to overall project strategy

Key Requirements

• Strong experience delivering CAT A & CAT B office fit out projects as a Senior Project Manager
• Demonstrated longevity with previous employers – this is essential
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, variations, and project costs
• Experience working within a reputable fit out contractor environment
