Position

What You’ll Do
- Engage prospects over the phone, qualify opportunities, and book meetings
- Manage and follow up warm leads with your own pipeline
- Support and mentor Business Development Executives, setting the standard for call activity
- Show gains in personal and team conversion rate targets
- Work closely with the surveying team to ensure seamless handovers
- Track and report activity against agreed targets, providing insight to leadership
