IT Business Analyst Needed!

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst for a 12‑month initial engagement with potential extensions. The role will require working from the London office 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Communicate the business drivers behind operational, functional, tactical or strategic initiatives and the value they bring to the organization.
• Counsel stakeholders, understand their problems and needs, and negotiate/propose viable business solutions acceptable to them.
• Share ideas, drive improvements and promote best practice across IT and non‑IT divisions and across physical locations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of CSDs, CSD Regulation and the role of CSDs as FMIs within the financial markets post‑trade landscape.
• Deep knowledge of securities market standards such as SMPG and ISO 15022/20022.
• Experience with Waterfall, V‑Model, SCRUM, and SAFe.
• Modelling skills: Use Cases, Story Mapping, Process Modelling (BPMN, UML), Data Modelling (conceptual/logical).
