Heritage Project Coordinator

We are seekinga Project Coordinator to provide support to the Heritage Building Surveyors. The role will ensure claim files are kept up to date with claims progressing in the appropriate timeframe.
You will set up new claims in the claims management system and review notes/diaries within the system when needed. You will be responsible for processing payments, reviewing or creating letters and reports and arranging appointments on behalf of the Building Surveyors. This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months.
