Site Manager / Project Manager - Groundworks & S278 - Leeds - Immediate Start

We are currently looking to speak with experienced Site Managers or Project Managers for an immediate start on a groundworks and S278 package in Leeds. This is a long-term opportunity on a busy project, overseeing civils and infrastructure works.

The role will suit candidates with a strong background in groundworks and Section 278 works, confident managing site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery.

Scope of Works

• Groundworks and infrastructure package
• Section 278 works
• Drainage, kerbing, and road construction
• Coordination with local authority requirements
• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Programme and H&S management

Requirements

• Proven experience as Site Manager or Project Manager on groundworks/civils projects
• Strong knowledge of Section 278 works
• NRSWA Supervisor (essential)
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid (preferred)
