Office Services Manager – Maternity Cover
Fixed Term for up to 12 months, Full time, 37 hours per week.
Term Time plus 5 INSET days (39 weeks) plus two additional weeks to be worked during school holidays.
Salary: Grade 6 SCP 9-15 – £27,254 – £30,024 per annum pro rata.
Actual salary: £24,754.03 – £27,269.94 per annum. Required to start 1st September 2026.
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a methodical, well‑organised and flexible Office Services Manager to join our evolving organisation.
As an integral member of the school office, the successful candidate will ensure the systems and processes relating to HR, finance and administration are maintained and provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires someone who is well‑organised, has good attention to detail and has high expectations of themselves and others.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes
- Be resilient, flexible and demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure, producing work to a high standard.
- Be methodical, well‑organised and display an appropriate level of confidentiality, child protection, data protection security, and safeguarding awareness.
- Interact effectively with children, parents, staff, and visitors.
- Show a willingness to undertake first aid training.
