We are looking for a Data Project Manager to join our Business Intelligence team in a key role at the Regulator of Social Housing.
About The Role
The Data Project Manager is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the regulator’s data collection and analytical outputs, ensuring that these are delivered effectively and accurately. You will ensure quality in our data collections and analytical outputs (including our Official Statistics), through managing projects and overseeing the work of others within the team.
You will work closely with colleagues across the RSH to identify emerging data needs, capture requirements for amendments and additions to survey content and guidance and identify data quality improvements and burden minimisation within and across our data collection suite. Streamlining and ensuring replicability in our testing and analysis, you will manage, work with and develop a team to deliver robust tools and models to deliver quality data and analysis.
About You
As our successful candidate, you will lead the delivery of our data collections to support the delivery of high quality, accessible data and analysis for regulation, working with colleagues across RSH to scope requirements and propose technical solutions and drive continual improvements in data collection and support processes.
Demonstrating leadership and effective project management, you will lead system testing arrangements to ensure the successful and effective delivery of our expanding suite of data collections, reporting and analytical products. You will also provide and maintain technical expertise in analysis, specifically working to improve data analysis pathways, ensuring quality and replicability in our analysis tools and outputs.
