Deputy Service Delivery Manager – Breast Imaging Network

• Grade: Band 6
• Site: St Bartholomew’s Hospital (base site) with network coverage across Newham Hospital and Whipps Cross Hospital
• Contract: Permanent / Full Time
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are recruiting a motivated and experienced Deputy Service Delivery Manager to join our Breast Diagnostics Network Team at Barts Health.

The post holder will:

• Manage and co‑ordinate Breast Imaging administration services across St Bartholomew’s, Whipps Cross, and Newham University Hospitals.
• Play a key role in ensuring patients experience a smooth and efficient journey through their care pathway.
• Share responsibility for line management of the IEP team and administrative staff, supporting all HR and personnel matters.
• Support senior managers in delivering business planning, service developments, and policy implementation across the network.
• Help achieve performance targets including quality, waiting times, and activity standards, supporting the delivery of national cancer standards.
