The role
We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join our Head Office team. This is not a reporting role, this is a commercial role. You will turn data into action, challenge assumptions, and directly influence revenue, margin, and operational performance across the business.
You will own how we use data across Marketing, Operations and Finance, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and building tools that improve performance at scale.
Key projects and focus areas
Building automated dashboards across sales, labour, food cost and site performance
- Owning campaign analysis, measuring ROI, conversion, retention and customer acquisition
- Developing customer segmentation and lifecycle models to drive repeat bookings
- Forecasting bookings, revenue and menu performance to support planning decisions
- Identifying margin improvement opportunities across menu, pricing and supplier costs
- Improving labour efficiency through scheduling and productivity insights
- Reducing manual reporting through automation and scalable data solutions
- Strengthening data integrity and consistency across POS, booking, and people systems
About You
- Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualisation skills (Power BI or similar)
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑site or consumer‑led business
- Commercial mindset, understands how data links to revenue, margin and cost
- Experience with campaign performance, segmentation and forecasting
- Ability to automate reporting and build scalable data solutions
- Strong analytical thinking, able to spot trends, risks, and opportunities quickly
- Confident communicator who can challenge, influence and simplify complex data
- Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
