Project Manager (Demolition)

ELCO recruitment are an agency that specialises in Trades & Construction placements. We are currently requiring a Project Manager for a 12 month Demolition project based in Liverpool area.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring strict adherence to environmental regulations and health & safety policies
• Carrying out site assessments
• Coordinating staff, subcontractors and heavy machinery
• Ensuring daily operations align with project timeline

Applicants MUST have:

• Valid CSCS/CCDO Card – ‘Demolition Manager qualification’
• Own PPE
• Proven experience in demolitions and construction management
