Job Duties

• Answer telephone calls promptly while maintaining professionalism and adhering to established response procedures.
• Respond to patient enquiries via phone and email while ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Maintain accurate clinic information, including schedules, requirements, and operational guidelines for all venues.
• Coordinate communication by sending confirmations, cancellations, and reminders through emails or text messages.
• Liaise with supervisors and team members to provide accurate and updated service information consistently.
• Record and direct general enquiries to the appropriate departments or provide relevant contact details.
• Support onboarding activities by assisting with training and guidance for newly introduced staff members.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, with Welsh language skills considered an added advantage.
