Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking a Graduate to join our IT Team in Woking on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Support day‑to‑day operational and project activities within the department.
- Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, documentation and reports as required.
- Participate in structured learning, training and development activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Build effective working relationships across teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from a UK or Irish university.
- Relevant professional accreditation (or willingness to work toward).
- Practical experience through placements, part‑time work or relevant projects.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Location And Working Conditions
Location: Woking. Operates Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
