Senior Risk Analyst

Lutine Bell is partnering with a global insurance organisation to hire a Senior Risk Analyst into its established Enterprise Risk team.

This is a high-impact role with genuine visibility across the business, supporting senior stakeholders and shaping the organisation’s approach to risk.

Operating within the Second Line of Defence, you’ll take a leading role in core ERM activities, driving insight, challenge, and continuous improvement across the framework.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with the Head of ERM to evolve and embed the risk management framework across the business
• Taking ownership of key components of the ORSA, delivering robust analysis and clear, decision-useful insights
• Leading the end-to-end production of risk reporting, including Board and committee-level outputs
• Delivering independent challenge through risk reviews, deep dives, and formal risk opinions
• Supporting the development and optimisation of GRC systems and risk processes

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years’ experience within Risk Management
• Insurance Industry experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
