Job Overview

We are looking for a Locum Community Mental Health Practitioner to cover an assignment with the Ministry of Defence (MoD), at Bulford DCMH, in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This is a locum role (37.5 hours per week) and the successful candidate will deliver an exceptional standard of care to the MoD service personnel.

Essential Requirements / Qualifications / Experience

  1. Essential: Experience working within adult mental health services; Experience of working in a Community Mental Health setting; Demonstrable experience of using NICE recommended Psychological interventions for common mental disorders.
  2. United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) or British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered psychotherapist with post-graduate training and accreditation in NICE recognised modality for common mental disorders (e.g. CBT, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Counselling for Depression etc).
