Registered Manager – Learning Disability Residential
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + bonus
Role Overview
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of a modern, homely residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will lead a committed staff team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure the service continues to deliver truly person‑centred support. This is a hands‑on, visible leadership role ideal for a manager who enjoys being close to the service and making a real difference.

Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for day‑to‑day operations of the residential service
- Lead and support a staff team to maintain high standards of care
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
- Deliver person‑centred support to residents
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within Learning Disability residential care
- Excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Genuine passion for person‑centred care
- Strong leadership and communication skills with staff, families, and professionals
