Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Bridgeman Recruitment Services are recruiting for one of our client who is a well established M&E Contractor based in Liverpool.

They’re looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who has proven residentail (high rise apartment, hotel experience).

This role would suit a PM who is looking to take the next step upto Senior PM / Contracts Manager role, being invovled with pre-con throught to completion.

Requirements

• Strong background working on residential / apartment projects
• Leading site labour and sub contractors
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Commercially aware
