Security Service Engineer – Intruder Alarms

Overview

We are currently recruiting two Security Service Engineers with an immediate start available. The role focuses on intruder alarm servicing and fault finding, with additional exposure to other security systems where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and fault finding on intruder alarm systems
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently across client sites
• Deliver high standards of customer service
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately
• Support additional systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Fire (where applicable)

Qualifications

• Fully qualified or close to qualification in intruder alarm service and fault finding
• Strong ability to work independently in a service role
• Willingness to join the on‑call rota after a short induction period
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Fire systems (beneficial but not essential)
• Based in, or able to cover, the North West
• Full UK driving licence
