At Haulfryn, we’re looking for a Maintenance & Hot Tub Manager to join our team at Brokerswood Holiday Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, practical role and takes pride in maintaining high standards across accommodation and facilities.
Working in a beautiful woodland setting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our lodges, infrastructure and hot tubs are safe, well‑presented and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do
In this varied and hands‑on role, you will:
- Support the day‑to‑day coordination of maintenance and hot tub operations across the park
- Carry out a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, decorating and general repairs
- Ensure accommodation is maintained and presented to a high standard for guest arrivals
- Support the operation and upkeep of hot tubs, including water testing, cleaning and fault resolution
- Work closely with housekeeping, sales and operations teams to ensure smooth park operations
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of materials, equipment and chemicals
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers where required
- Follow and promote Health & Safety procedures, ensuring safe working practices at all times
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in general maintenance or facilities work
- Practical, hands‑on and confident carrying out a variety of repair tasks
- Organised, with the ability to manage workload and priorities effectively
- A strong problem‑solver with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledgeable in Health & Safety and safe working practices
Desirable:
- Experience with hot tubs, water testing or similar operations
