What You’ll Do:
- Design, simulate and develop RF & mmWave circuits and subsystems
- Perform RF system analysis, optimisation and troubleshooting
- Carry out RF measurements, validation and characterisation of prototypes
- Support designs from concept, through prototyping, into volume manufacture
- Produce detailed design documentation, test plans and reports
- Collaborate with electronics, mechanical, software and systems teams
- Provide technical input to projects, customers and technology roadmaps
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in RF, microwave or mmWave engineering
- Strong background in RF design, simulation and test
- Confident using RF measurement equipment and lab tools
- Understanding of design for manufacture and production support
- Ability to work on security‑cleared projects (UK clearance eligibility required)
- Engineering qualification (degree or equivalent experience)
