Fire Alarm Service Engineer

We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team to maintain and protect fire alarm systems across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Fire Systems, Emergency Lighting, and Portable Extinguishers in the assigned area.
• Carry out minor remedial works during maintenance visits.
• Plan routine maintenance calls and manage schedules.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding site visits.
• Maintain stock levels with support from the team leader.
• Attend training sessions and weekly engineering team meetings.
• Identify personal training and development needs.
• Work standard hours 08:30‑17:00.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry qualifications.
• Proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm systems.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Highly organized and excellent communicator.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work on‑call or overtime as required (call‑out rota 1 week in 10).
