Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of Electrical projects valued between £100,000 and £1 million.
- Run multiple live projects at once, while preparing future schemes through scoping and tendering.
- Drive innovative engineering solutions that boost site efficiency and deliver value for money.
- Collaborate with operations teams and contractors to develop low‑risk, cost‑effective scopes.
- Lead with a zero‑compromise approach to health and safety, carrying out monthly audits.
- Oversee construction activities in line with company procedures, industry standards and CDM regulations.
- Work closely with delivery partners and contractors to ensure on‑time delivery of all projects.
- Ensure compliance with Asset Standards and British & International Standards.
- Provide financial forecasting and VOWD reporting across your portfolio.
- Prepare, review and approve project documentation, including PCI, programmes, RAMS and CPPs.
- Manage commissioning, training and handover, ensuring operations teams receive fully completed and compliant project packages.
For this role, you will receive a car allowance, so a driving licence is required.
Location – Guildford (with travel to multiple sites), up to 5 days a week.
Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Background in Electrical Engineering within construction or project management roles.
- Formal qualifications, ideally BTEC/HND or above, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Clean Water Processing and/or Wastewater Treatment – desirable but not essential.
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and contractors.
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety, particularly around construction and CDM (training provided where needed).

Offering up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills, plus £4,500 car allowance.
