Estimator / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The Role

You will be involved in the commercial and estimating aspects of roofing and cladding projects, working closely with an experienced team. Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
• Supporting project cost control and financial reporting
• Developing a strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems

What We're Looking For

• Assistant Quantity Surveyor or someone with estimating experience in construction
• Roofing or cladding experience is preferable but not essential
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
