Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) + Paid Travel
About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable role with a competitive salary, structured on-call rota, and paid travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and repair faults across split systems, VRV/VRF, and associated equipment
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service when attending client sites

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer (maintenance-focused)
- F‑Gas certification (essential)
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
