We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Contract Change Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based in our Bellevue, WA office, you’ll be responsible for leading, coordinating and the overall management of the change management team on multibillion dollar Data Center construction projects. This is a role that will provide the opportunity to directly communicate with the Construction Management team, the Construction Contractor, and the Client-side Owner.

The base salary range for this position is $111,000.00 to $152,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
