RF Engineering Lead

About the role

RF Engineering Lead role based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, offering hybrid working plus a fantastic 9‑day working fortnight.

We are recruiting on behalf of a global‑leading design and manufacturing business that develops RF / microwave devices primarily for the space, aerospace, and defence sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑performance RF and microwave systems for highly reliable environments.
• Lead the design and development of advanced RF circuits, subsystems, and system architectures.
• Use modelling packages and support the hardware design cycle from requirements capture through schematic design and layout.

Requirements

• Design and development experience in RF / microwave circuits, subsystems, and system architectures.
• Experience with modelling packages and the hardware design cycle.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Location & Working Arrangements

Based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Hybrid working model with a 9‑day working fortnight.
