Position: Assistant Engineering Manager
Salary: £67,258 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Plumstead

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
• Car Driving licence
• Supervisory/Managerial Experience

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the engineering function
• Ensuring the fleet of PSVs are maintained to DVSA standards
• Achieving maximum vehicle availability & continually improving standards
• Direct influence on Health & Safety, compliance, culture, fatigue management & employee wellbeing
• Collaborate, as a member of the senior engineering & local management teams, with colleagues to further develop the business within budgetary guidelines
