Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Cornwall (Relocation Support Available)
Salary: £45,000 – £47,000 + 10% Bonus + £8,000 Relocation Package
A leading manufacturing company based in Cornwall is experiencing a significant period of growth and investment. As part of this expansion, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team by appointing a skilled and driven Manufacturing Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Analyse and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximise productivity
- Identify inefficiencies and implement robust engineering solutions
- Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Support new product introductions and process development
- Drive lean manufacturing principles and best practice methodologies
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role
- Strong background in process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Demonstrable experience working with and improving OEE metrics
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
