We’re working with a fast‑growing, employee‑owned strategy and insight consultancy that partners with iconic brands and leading creative agencies to unlock growth through cultural understanding, sharp thinking and bold ideas. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to hire a Research Manager with a passion for the future of mobility – from EVs and autonomous tech to shifting consumer behaviours.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualitative‑led insight professional to step into a highly strategic role. You’ll lead projects that go far beyond traditional research delivery – shaping hypotheses, designing methodologies and turning complex human behaviour into clear, actionable insight that influences senior decision‑making. You’ll primarily work on qualitative studies (depths, ethnography, groups, co‑creation, online communities), often integrating quant or analytics where it strengthens the narrative.
