Who Does This Role Report Into? Head of Engineering – London Bridge City

Role Summary / Purpose and Scope – This is an incredible opportunity to work in one of London's most iconic business and lifestyle destinations, welcoming millions of visitors annually and working within a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment.

This role will support the technical team with delivery of engineering and technical services at this prestigious property, which overlooks London Bridge Station, London Bridge and the Thames. It will support the Estate Director in delivering first‑class property management as a part of the London Bridge City (LBC) team.

The role is ideally suited to someone with initiative, drive and exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A client and customer‑facing role, the Engineering Manager will establish, implement and maintain effective management systems and procedures for the delivery and continuity of service of the Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Vertical Transportation and IT Infrastructure Services to the LBC portfolio, its residents, retail and commercial occupiers and visitors, while protecting and enhancing the owners' assets.

The Engineering Manager contributes to the management of Health, Safety and Wellbeing for all users of the estate. The role is also responsible for identifying and delivering commercial, technical and operational solutions involving the design, delivery and implementation of MEP and VT asset replacement strategies and projects.

Level of Experience / Certifications:

Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

Salary Range (Based on Experience): GBP 70,000 to 75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
