Northern UK (Remote → Hybrid Manchester/Leeds)

Zest4Talent is partnering with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary acoustics consultancy with a strong UK and international presence. We’re looking for a Senior or Principal Acoustics Consultant to play a key role in expanding their footprint across the North.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join at a key stage of growth, with real autonomy to help build a Northern presence backed by an established consultancy.
Initially fully remote, this role will transition into a hybrid position once the Manchester/Leeds office is launched.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and delivering acoustics, noise and vibration projects
- Carrying out site visits across the Midlands, North West and Scotland
- Supporting the development of a new Northern office
- Building strong client relationships
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor
- Supporting team growth and mentoring
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in acoustics consultancy (noise & vibration)
- Confident, client-facing and hands‑on
- Experience in leadership or ambition to step into management
- Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £60,000 salary
