About the Data & AI Team
The Data and AI revolution is changing everything. It is everywhere – transforming how we work and play. Accenture Data and AI drives these changes and brings them to life across 40 industries in more than 120 countries. Our practice covers a range of skills from strategy, data science, data architecture, AI engineering and visual insights, together with broader strategy and consulting, to drive end‑to‑end business change through data and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Set strategic vision for analytics in line with broader client landscapes, e.g., marketing, technology, data, etc.
- Establish our client’s customer modelling strategy.
- Carry out customer analytics and modelling in line with best practice.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate analytics with marketing programmes and customer experiences.
- Data collection and preparation: gathering and cleaning data from various sources to ensure it is ready for analysis, working with large datasets and ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer analytics to drive innovation.

- Be at the forefront of the industry, creating and owning solutions for clients to better serve their connected customers and operate always‑on enterprises.
- Become an integral part of our Applied Intelligence team with the credibility, expertise and insight clients depend on.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in customer analytics or a similar role.
- Advanced understanding of matrixed organisations and comfortable managing cross‑functional teams.
- Skilled in languages such as R, Python, BigQuery, etc.
- Experience delivering end‑to‑end analytics projects.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experienced with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Problem‑solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
