Salary: £45,000 – £70,000 (DOE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Façade Engineer to join an established consultancy team based in Glasgow. This role is suited to an engineer with a strong consultancy background who is looking to play a key role in strengthening the team while delivering high-quality façade engineering solutions across a diverse project portfolio.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced façade specialists, taking a key role in design delivery, technical reviews, and client engagement across a wide range of projects, including both new build and remediation schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead façade design, analysis, and technical detailing
• Deliver reports, specifications, and compliance reviews
• Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors across project stages

Requirements

• Proven façade engineering experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, cladding, and building envelope performance
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and compliance requirements

Desirable

• Chartered or working towards chartership
• Experience leading projects or managing client relationships
• Background in façade remediation or external wall assessments
