Industrial Engineering Consultant (m/f/d) Industrial Engineering – Birmingham

Your Responsibilities

• Develop process planning and efficiency improvement projects for our clients in the UK.
• Lead collaborative workshops to analyse target processes and create real-time production plans.
• Optimise workstation layouts and resource utilisation – identify improvement potentials and implement sustainable solutions.
• Balance production flow to maximise shopfloor efficiency and effective realisation of identified opportunities.
• Visualise analytical results, present findings to management, and support the implementation of improvement measures.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed engineering studies with a degree in industrial engineering or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the aerospace or automotive industry and/or consulting with a focus on efficiency improvement programs.
• Expertise in Methods Time Measurement (MTM) & Standard Line Balancing (SLB) and profound knowledge of project management and lean management tools.
• Motivation to be part of an international team and taking responsibility for the global ramp-up of our clients.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
