The Mentoring Programme Officer will take ownership of the flagship "Power Hour" mentoring initiative. The role includes program management, workshop facilitation, student triage, mentor coordination, stakeholder engagement, data tracking and quality assurance.
We are looking for an organised, proactive, confident professional who is comfortable facilitating workshops, supporting students, coordinating external partners and using data to evidence impact and drive improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in mentoring, employability, student engagement or programme coordination, strong stakeholder management skills and a commitment to widening access.
