Role: Senior Unix Track Lead - Shell Scripting
Job Summary
The Senior Track Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Unix, Unix shell scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL track. The primary objectives include ensuring successful execution of projects related to Unix technologies and Oracle databases to meet business requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Unix, Unix shell scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL track within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions in alignment with business goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Unix, Unix shell scripting and Oracle PL/SQL best practices.
- Monitor track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary enhancements.
- Develop and maintain track documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and operating procedures.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge in Unix and Oracle technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Unix systems and Oracle databases.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in Unix operating systems and commands.
- Strong knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages such as Bash or Korn shell.
- Experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Oracle database concepts, architecture, and SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
