Loss Prevention Advisor

Responsibilities

• Educate store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices within our stores.
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely.
• Maintain loss awareness as a top priority through coaching, validation, influence, and support.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to protect products and assets via investigations, analysis, and feedback.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure safety for customers, associates, and assets.

Qualifications

• Self‑driven, engaging, resilient, and focused.
• Experience dealing with shrink and crime resolution in fast‑paced retail security environments is ideal but not essential.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and conflict‑resolution skills.
