Junior Project Manager
Location: Gloucester – Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

Arca Resourcing is supporting a growing specialist engineering business in Gloucester operating within the UK energy and infrastructure sector to appoint a Junior Project Manager.
This opportunity is open to individuals with experience in project coordination or early‑stage project management. You do not need to come from an energy or utilities background; candidates from construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project‑based environments are encouraged to apply.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will support the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, with particular emphasis on:
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects
- Assisting with project plans, schedules, and resource coordination
- Working with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong communication
- Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress and supporting reporting activities
- Assisting with risk identification and mitigation
- Supporting commercial and programme delivery objectives
About You
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role
- Understanding of project delivery within a project‑based environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and willingness to develop
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
