# Senior Project Surveyor## Senior Project Surveyor## Senior Project SurveyorLocationWolverhampton, ENGSalary£35k/year - 45k/yearOffice StyleJob TypeTemporary / Contract**Avalon is currently supporting a Housing Association in the Black Country to recruit a Senior Project Surveyor.**The Opportunity:Senior Project Surveyor required to manage, motivate, and lead a surveying team in overseeing the delivery of a stock condition survey programme across the organisation's social housing portfolio.The successful candidate will:* Manage and review the development of external surveying teams, providing guidance & coaching.* Manage quality review audits on completed surveys, identifying gaps and/or non-compliances in survey data.* Manage and monitor stock condition survey completions and ensure these are in line with survey programme targets* Supervise the efficiency and performance of all stock condition surveying activitiesFurther information:* 18 month contract* Hybrid workingRequirements:* Driving license & access to a vehicle* HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction-related qualification*Avalon, trading name of Spirehouse Recruitment Limited.
