About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage a cleaning team for a range of Mitie clients. Responsibilities include recruitment and development of staff, maintaining service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to meet service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff.
• Ensure staff adhere to task schedules and Health & Safety procedures.
• Distribute uniforms and monitor cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning materials and order stocks as necessary.
• Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently to a schedule.
