Mobile Master Technician

Overview

This newly created role is part of a new division within our client’s company. The role requires a technical professional with strong knowledge of modern garage operations, garage equipment, automotive tools, and vehicle diagnostics including ADAS. You will travel extensively across the UK to advise garages and workshop owners on how to maximise results from the client’s workshop offering.

Midlands, UK

Salary & Benefits

Up to £45,000 basic + bonus, company vehicle, pension, annual leave, Health & Wellbeing package, and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, installation guidance, product selection and after‑sales support to customers and distributors.
• Support the sales team with garage equipment, workshop solutions, service equipment, and pre‑sales advice.
• Work with distributors on product specifications, technical requirements, product support and solution selling.
• Build relationships with garage/workshop decision‑makers, delivering equipment demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Manage projects from quotation, specification and order through to delivery, installation and commissioning.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and product demonstrations to promote garage equipment and technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in B2B technical sales, technical sales engineering or field service engineering within garage equipment, workshop equipment, automotive tools, vehicle diagnostics / ADAS, A/C servicing or similar.
