Job Overview
University Hospitals of North Midlands is looking to recruit an Estates Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson to work within the Estates Team at County Hospital. Please note that the Trust is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repair of the hospital’s electrical services.
- Work effectively as part of a large team, providing support to other Tradesmen within the Estates Department.
- Stationed principally at County Hospital, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, while remaining available to work at other UHNM NHS Trust sites and to provide on‑call duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in electrical maintenance, repairs and services.
- Trained to City & Guilds Craft Level or equivalent.
Remuneration
Band 4 salary plus an R&R premium.
